VISTA and Pan American Hospital sign agreement
HOLLYWOOD, FL - January 18,
2005 - VISTA and Pan American Hospital announced today that they have signed a
contract to provide a comprehensive array of hospital services to members of
VISTA's health plans effective immediately.
"VISTA's agreement with Pan
American Hospital strengthens our network and provides our members with access
to a wide range of hospital services and more choices in their healthcare
decision making," said Duell Wise, VISTA's executive vice president of network
operations.
The agreement means VISTA's
330,000 employer group, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Healthy Kids and
Individual members will have access to Pan American Hospital's inpatient and
outpatient hospital services including emergency care, radiology and imaging,
laboratory and diagnostic services, respiratory, physical, speech and
occupational therapy and various other specialties.

on expanding our services and are pleased to welcome VISTA, its network of
physicians and their patients to the Pan American Hospital family," said
Vicente Sanchez, executive director of Pan American Hospital.
