Benefits Summary
VISTA provides employee benefits that include health, dental, life, disability,
401(k) retirement, flexible spending accounts (FSA), COBRA, and tuition
reimbursement. Employees who work 30 hours a week or more are eligible for
these benefits.
Upon hiring all new eligible employees will attend a New Employee Orientation
that explains all benefits. Employees who are not located in the South Florida
area are mailed benefit packets and a telephone orientation is provided by
Human Resources personnel.
In addition to these benefits, VISTA also provides:

Employees may choose “buy-up” plans that supplement their current coverage’s.
