New Agent Registration
Department of Financial Services (DFS) regulations require insurance Agents to
be appointed with each entity for which they sell business. VISTA South
Florida’s policy is to comply fully with DFS regulations. If you are not
currently appointed with VISTA South Florida and plan to submit new business,
you will need to complete and forward the following information to Broker
Relations:
