Options available to self-employed groups and 1-life groups are limited to select the state mandated HMO Plans (Basic 1, Standard 1, Standard 2).

Currently, the options are available to during the legislated month of August open enrollment period with an October 1st effective date. This is subject to change based on legislative action.
