Agreement gives 330,000 VISTA members access to 13 HCA hospitals FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - June 30, 2004 - VISTA and HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) East Florida Division announced today that they have signed a contract adding thirteen HCA South Florida and Treasure Coast hospitals and six surgery centers to VISTA's network of providers effective immediately. "VISTA's agreement with HCA strengthens our network and provides our members with access to a full array of hospital services and more choices in their healthcare decision making," said Joe Berding, chief executive officer of VISTA. The agreement means VISTA's 330,000 members will have access to HCA inpatient and outpatient hospital services including obstetrics, comprehensive cardiac services, cancer care, orthopaedics, emergency care, outpatient ancillaries and much more under the care of HCA's staff and physicians. "HCA is excited about serving the healthcare needs of VISTA's members with our comprehensive list of quality inpatient and outpatient services, including several 'Top 100' hospitals," said Stephen L.
